Full Job Description

  • Providing Human Factors Integration to the delivery of design and engineering projects
  • Providing Human Factors Integration to the production of safety cases
  • Developing and maintaining a suite of corporate Human Factors guides and standards
  • Performing the role of Human Factors Intelligent Customer on behalf of the business
  • Promoting Human Factors across the business
  • Providing Human Factors support to wider business activities (e.g. Security, Incident Investigation, Nuclear Threat Reduction, Future Technologies)

    A background in delivering Human Factors design and engineering solutions in safety critical or regulated industries
  • Experience of Human Factors methods, tools and techniques
  • Experience of applying human factors methods in a dynamic, multi-disciplined environment
  • Higher education qualification in relevant a discipline (Engineering, Science, Ergonomics, Psychology etc)
  • Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships

    Salary: 30,000 - 70,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)
