Full Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the airside HVAC sector and grow the sales in conjunction with our direct sales teams.
  • Grow the CIAT business by implementing a strategy to gain sales through the M&E
  • Effective Key Account Management of nominated vertical market sector
  • Target and identify new/potential direct account customers (End User's, Public Bodies, Installers, M&E) &/or specification accounts (Consultants).
  • Maximising market share and increase sales revenue whilst controlling margin.
  • Work in conjunction with the current direct sales teams to gain market share and presence within the allocated sales region.

    Technical knowledge of HVAC industry, in particular airside HVAC: Chillers, Heat Pumps, AHUs, Rooftop and FCU's.
  • Strong sales background in HVAC dealing with associated installing contractors & M&E's &/or specification consultants
  • Knowledge of HVACR industry
  • Competitor knowledge
  • Ideally an HNC/HND or City & Guilds Engineering or related subject
  • UK Driving Licence
  • IT Literate with MS Office skills
