Full Job Description

You will be working as part of the IB ICLS Team in London. The team focuses on risk oversight, assessment, execution of controls and reporting related to the IB Business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely and build relationships with different IB functions

We're looking for someone who can contribute towards evolution of IB Integrated Client Lifecycle Services (ICLS) Risk & Control Function, specifically with the following skills required for the role :

  • Experience working directly with all levels in organization and think strategically, being able to create management reports and present to stakeholders
  • Able to identify automation and improvement opportunities, Conceptualize solutions, present and obtain signoffs from appropriate stakeholders and implementation of solution using automation tools including AI
  • Proven ability to work on complex projects individually or in a small POD, resolve issues, formulate and execute complex projects related to automation of processes for ICLS Risk and Control function
  • Able to work with minimal supervision on Audit requests with Internal stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Experience in Operational Risk Management and / or Key control automation preferably in Client Lifecycle Management area
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and drive results in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Power Apps, Alteryx, PowerBI, Sharepoints and advantage if worked on any AI related projects
  • Strong Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Support and challenge functional teams in determination of sustainable remediation activities to address operational risk issues and audit actions, Atleast 7-8 years of experience in Banking Industry
  • Prefer candidates with an academic degree related to Data Science and AI
  • an understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls
  • strong presentation skills with an ability to negotiate and influence others
  • a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
  • strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills - high attention to detail is critical
  • strong exposure to microsoft powerapps and automation tools
