Full Job Description

The IFM Program Lead - Sustainability is responsible for the programmatic transition, change management and implementation of strategic ESG goals by our IFM team, outlined by the client's Global and Regional Sustainability teams. The role will act as a core matrix organization resource within the program team which will connect and support the operational teams of a large scale and complex tech organization. What this job involves:

  • Represent the EMEA IFM team in all interactions with other groups around sustainability topics
  • Lead the strategies, prioritisation and organization that allows IFM teams to deliver against agreed sustainability goals, KPIs and other commitments
  • Lead the IFM-owned data and reporting to support sustainability deliverables
  • Own relationships within the client's Global Real Estate and Facilities teams to address operational sustainability challenges head on, championing compliance, consistency and continuous improvement
  • Advise on ESG (environmental, social and governance) data and technology enablers to support reporting and sustainability implementation
  • Advise and deliver transformation and change management activities that support the client's sustainability strategy and ambition
  • Advise on performance against ESG standards and reporting frameworks and support the development and implementation of recommendations to achieve compliance regionally
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored ESG implementation solutions
  • Own full program management lifecycles - identify, track, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
  • Ensure progress on key decisions, remove roadblocks and act as the point of escalation for workstream risks and issues to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Experience in handling client and/or company sensitivities' knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks
