Do you have experience of working in an employment supportive role? Are you confident working in a target driven environment? Do you want to be part of a great team who help people every day? As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you'll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer's choice and their specific employment targets. About You You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering. Bring strong communication skills and the drive to succeed coupled with a passion to ensure our customers meet their goals. To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need:

  • Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
  • To be confident in building and maintaining relationships

    The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
  • Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
  • A full and valid driving licence with own vehicle to travel
