Independent Domestic Abuse Advisor (IDVA)

Are you passionate about keeping people safe from abuse and violence?, We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) in our Barnsley team. You will be responsible for ensuring that people who are subject to or have been subject to domestic abuse receive high quality support, advice and information to enhance their safety and to help them recover the harmful impacts of abuse. To will work to build positive relationships with a range of health professionals to ensure that they know how to recognise domestic abuse and refer to IDAS services.
