Influencer Account Manager

We are looking for an Influencer Account Manager to join our team, working on a global fashion/retail account! Reporting into the Organic Social Account Director, you will work across organic social channels to become the link between our creative team and external influencers. You'll be the one to drive creative ideas forward. You'll be key to taking our ideas off the page and making them happen. From the moment the client gives them the thumbs up, you'll manage the entire process with creators right up until the content goes live. You'll be central to us growing our creator and influencer capabilities - being responsible for constantly identifying and sourcing new talent. Ideally, you'll bring your own black book of creators to the table and have worked with and have experience working directly with a whole host of creators previously. Responsibilities What you'll be doing:

• Identify and engage creators and influencers for social content
• Act as main contact for creators and influencers during creative process
• Negotiate fees, track budgets, and manage expenditures
• Coordinate creator engagements and deadlines
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers
• Organize product shipments and production elements for shoots
• Collaborate with Strategy and creative teams on creator selection
• Stay updated on social trends for reactive content opportunities
• Attend client meetings to present ideas, solutions, and budgets
  
  What we are looking for:
• Experience in influencer marketing and organic social media
• Ability to develop and execute social media strategies
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms - specifically Instagram & TikTok
• Knowledge & experience in creating and editing content creation for Social
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Creative mindset
• Interest in fashion is a plus!
