Full Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by supporting the VSBS Sales team across multiple areas. These will include, but not be limited to, the topics listed below. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in sales, learn about cutting-edge technology, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Main Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Outreach:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets using tools like CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and other sources.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.
  • Qualification of Leads:
  • Understand potential customers' needs and determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
  • Schedule product demonstrations or discovery calls for senior sales representatives or account executives.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build rapport with stakeholders to develop and maintain engagement, focusing on their needs.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team and the extended VSBS team such as Pre-sales, Marketing, Product, Services and Legal.
  • Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Support the Sales team across all aspects of the Sales process including opportunity management, proposal preparation, research, task management, stakeholder liaison.
  • Update and manage lead information in the CRM system (Salesforce), prepare sales reports and track key metrics.

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an internship in sales is a plus but not required.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confidence in communicating with multilevel stakeholders
  • Energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, social media and sales automation platforms is a plus
