  • Level & Responsibility: This role is at the Manager level or equivalent and is responsible for leveraging data expertise and collaboration to deliver actionable insights, drive strategic decisions, and lead a junior member of the team. In other businesses, this role might be better known as the Data Analytics Lead., Transform data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions for clients and internal teams, delivering measurable impact.

  • Be a trusted partner to internal teams and clients, providing insights that lead to better decision-making and stronger campaign performance.
  • Work closely with partnership stakeholders to understand their needs, translate data into actionable strategies, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and continuously improving our insights offering.
  • Support internal teams with data-led recommendations that enhance campaign planning and performance. Provide line management to one team member,

  • Develop and manage reporting tools that facilitate teams' access to clear, accurate, and timely insights.
  • Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations, helping teams and clients make informed decisions quickly.
