Full Job Description
This post will provide project management and administrative support
for the Warrington and Halton integration programme and Strategy
team. This is a wide-reaching programme aiming to deliver better care
together by providing improved clinical sustainability, optimal patient
pathways and enhanced opportunities to develop a sustainable
workforce and estate
The programme currently has 7 workstreams:
Corporate Services
Clinical and Operational Services
Digital
Finance
Estates
Workforce
Communications, 1. Work with project/programme leads to maintain key programme and project documentation and files.
2. Work closely with the Integration Team to manage reporting expectations and deadlines.
3. Work closely with the Integration Team to coordinate and disseminate key project information.
4. Work closely with the Integration Team to ensure project governance pathways and structures are being followed and maintained.
5. Lead on scheduling, administrating and noting project meetings, including paper/document collation and circulation.
6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with project members.
7. Ensure essential communications with key stakeholders are proactively managed.
8. Provide support to project/programme managers on preparing status reports, risk and issue logs, and follow up on outstanding actions.
9. Develop, implement and manage online filing system for project documentation.
10. Use Word, Powerpoint and Excel to assist in producing materials to support project/programme delivery.
Team Administration:
1. Manage administrative support for the team including organising meetings, workshops, agenda preparation, paper collation and distribution.
2. Maintain forward plan of internal and external meetings, recording requirements of materials/papers to be produced and ensuring they are produced and supplied in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a central repository of relevant local, regional and national strategies and documents, and relevant publications and reports.
4. Maintain database of stakeholders and supporting information.
5. Manage requisitions and orders on behalf of the Strategy Team.
Professional Development and Other:
1. Set and maintain the highest personal and professional standards.
2. Comply with the Corporate Governance structure, in keeping with the principles and standards set out by the Trust.
3. Maintain probity and manage Trust resources in a manner that represents appropriate use of public monies.
4. Be aware of and follow all Trust infection control guidelines and procedures relevant to their work, and participate in associated mandatory training and updates.
5. Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities.
6. Keep up-to-date with relevant guidance and publications relevant to programmes and projects.
7. And any other duties appropriate to the role.
