• An enthusiastic engineer with experience of planning and conducting both physical and functional based test activities, ideally on defence related products.
• Knowledge of Design Proving, Design Verification, System Integration and System Acceptance would be highly beneficial.
• Experience working within, and/or leading small teams conducting test activities with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and work for extended periods at trial sites in Poland, the USA and the UK.

Dynamic (hybrid) working: typically, 3-5 days per week on-site, due to workload classification (depending on testing) Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. The opportunity: A varied role that consists of a mix of functional testing, equipment qualification and acceptance, plus problem identification and resolution. An opportunity to gets hands on experience with real equipment, and support testing and demonstrations of capability to MBDA's customer across sites in the UK, Poland and the USA. As well as working with other external stakeholders to deliver the wider weapon system to the customer.,
