Etcho Internship (Paid) The Company We're on a mission to (re)direct billions of investment capital to a more sustainable future. Our technology platform helps advisers discover what their clients uniquely value, match them to suitable products, tell personalised sustainability stories, and create impactful portfolios - ultimately engaging sustainability-led clients with their portfolios like never before. Job Brief We're looking for an intern to join us at this exciting stage of our growth. We're a fast-moving start-up and no day will be the same, we're looking for someone who is passionate and has a keen desire to get 'stuck in' to start-up life. While this role will start as an internship, there may be opportunities to join Etcho full-time in the future. Responsibilities: Researching sustainability credentials of companies and their impact on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Write high-quality, in-depth research reports. Customer support - liaising with Etcho clients

collating feedback and providing support. Help us further develop our 'Solutions Database', which helps investors find ways to invest in climate and social progress solutions. Aiding with the ideation and delivery of marketing content, such as blog posts/ video content. Social Media content planning and delivery. Keeping up to date with general sustainability, impact, financial and regulatory news. Location: Hybrid - Option to work from home or at our office in Canary Wharf, London. Occasional travel to the office will be a requirement (at least once a week). Commitment: 7 hours a day, 4 days a week. 2-month minimum from February, but may be extended. Rate : Interns will be paid hourly rate of £14 p/h. About you We're looking for a passionate individual who is eager to learn. Experience working within or studying sustainability, ESG finance, economics, nature or human/international development is preferred. Passionate about climate change, social justice and corporate
responsibility. Excellent communication skills, enjoys working with people and ability to work collaboratively with remote teams. An interest in wealth management and/or fintech. An interest in financial markets and the investment landscape. Happy to meet with Etcho clients and enjoys the idea of presenting to potential clients. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, powerpoint essential. Proficiency with design tools such as inDesign, Photoshop, Canva is preferred. Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills.
