Full Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Communications Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape communications strategies, and help build a strong, unified culture within our Retail and Group Functions teams globally. You'll lead key internal communication initiatives, from campaigns to events, ensuring our colleagues are informed, engaged, and aligned with our goals. What you will be doing -

  • Collaborate with the Director of Internal Communications to deliver the Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy for Retail and Group Functions across our global business
  • Plan and execute key campaigns and events that bring our strategy and values to life
  • Lead communications and engagement activities for our 6,500 colleagues in our retail shops
  • Generate and create content for weekly e-newsletters and maintain a SharePoint Intranet, ensuring it serves as a central hub for information and engagement
  • Produce, script and edit creative media content for a wide range of communication channels and audiences
  • Lead the planning and implementation of virtual, hybrid, in-person and off-site events, including Long Service Awards and Leadership Roadshows
  • Support our diversity, equality and inclusion strategy by showcasing stories from colleagues around the world and organise company-wide events
