Full Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Intern to support the activities of the office of the COO in Oracle NetSuite EMEA. The role includes data analysis, sales operations and team enablement initiatives. We offer diverse responsibilities -from ensuring quality customer data to developing resources for the sales team and coordinating internal events. Supporting Strategic Initiatives:
- Support for quarterly gamification competitions.
- Support Go To Market research and analysis.
- Various ad-hoc projects to support strategic initiatives for the COO of NetSuite EMEA. 1. Analysing & Improving Customer Data: + Support business leaders with business analysis. + Review, analyse and ensure accuracy of customer data within our CRM and databases. 2. Supporting Sales Team in Lead Identification: + Assist the sales team by identifying high-potential leads using established processes and criteria. 3. Training and Resource Development for Sales Processes: + Create engaging enablement materials (e.g., videos, guides, and tutorials) to support the sales team in utilizing tools and processes. 4. Coordinating Internal Sales Team Events: + Help organize and coordinate internal sales team events, including team-building activities, internal customer sessions, and kick-off meetings. - Undergraduate students completing a university placement program degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
- Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-motivation and achievement-orientation
- A real team player and good interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to draw evidence-based conclusions
- The ability to self-manage, with strong organisational and planning skills
- Not afraid to fail, not afraid to learn
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
