Full Job Description

  • Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, applications, and resources to support daily operations, including tools such as Slack, Google Workspaces, Okta, and AWS.
  • Manage IT planning, budgeting, and project management, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and align with company objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IT general controls (ITGCs) to protect information assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Evaluate, design, and document processes, risks, and controls, adjusting as new systems are developed or existing processes change.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks, addressing any control deficiencies or gaps as they arise.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring IT activities meet compliance requirements (SOX experience is a plus).
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance IT operations and security measures.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior management, summarizing IT operations, projects, and control evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment with an emphasis on communication, development, and mentorship.

    We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to guide and manage a small team, ensuring efficient operation, security, and support of our core technologies, including Google Workspaces, Slack, Okta, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders across the organization. This role requires experience in IT project management, strategic planning, and risk management, and familiarity with SOX compliance would be a valuable asset., Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, including managing teams core technologies.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and control concepts (experience with SOX or other compliance frameworks is advantageous).
  • Proven track record in project management and ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in core applications (Google Workspaces, Okta, Slack) and cloud environments (AWS or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, or technical certifications in Okta, GCP, etc.) are a plus.
