Full Job Description
St Paul's Girls' School is seeking an IT Services Technician. The IT Services Technician is primarily responsible for providing a visible, reassuring technical presence for students and staff. The postholder will work on behalf of our users to ensure a logical and timely resolution of issues, engaging with 2nd line support and third parties as appropriate. To proactively upskill our users by use of good communication and encouragement.
