Full Job Description

The Junior Business Manager will support the Commercial Director by analysing sales data, identifying trends, and providing relevant insights to improve performance. You will develop a knowledge of the Future brands and ad products. You will report to the Commercial Director of Sales Performance & Operations and be involved in the following:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to track important sales metrics, performance against targets, and overall team productivity.
  • Trend Identification: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Analyse the effectiveness of current sales processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the sales CRM system (Salesforce) is being used, and the data is accurate and up to date.

    Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and deliver the results.
  • Familiarity with analysing data for reporting
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement
  • To be familiar with excel (can maintain spreadsheets) / google sheets for the analysis of data.
  • Great stakeholder management as you will work across all of the brands that Future has to offer.
