Full Job Description

The Junior Planning role is a key position within the Red Bull Operations team, working closely with the Planning Manager, Supply Planner, and Demand Planner. The role will play an integral part in ensuring all SKU information is accurately maintained and communicated, NPD timelines are adhered to, and provides day-to-day support to both the Supply and Demand functions within the team. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, can build strong working relationships, and has a genuine proactive and 'can-do' attitude. The role offers numerous opportunities to get involved in other areas within the wider Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to engage in a broad range of tasks and will embody the Red Bull philosophy of 'going above and beyond'. As part of the Operations Team, you will have the opportunity to understand and contribute to all elements of the Red Bull Operation. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Maintenance of all SKU master data (Barcodes, Weights, Artwork) within our internal systems.
  • Ensuring our internal product database is up to date and accurate. Management and support of the internal new SKU setup process. Clear communication to stakeholders on any potential delays or risks to successful launches.
  • Management of stock availability across our multi-DC model, ensuring best-in-class availability. Work with the Supply Planner to mitigate any potential out-of-stock risks across the sites.
  • Support in stock reconciliation tasks between our ERP system (SAP) and 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS). Investigate and resolve any stock issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring we improve any process gaps with robust checks.
  • Provide cover as required for the Supply & Demand Planner with the support of the Planning Manager.
  • Support with key reporting tasks as part of the day-to-day operations.
  • Engagement, support, and involvement in wider team activities to help contribute to a highly engaged Supply Chain team.
  • Work on improvement projects within the team to support increased capabilities.

  • Active interest in Supply Chain.
  • Highly analytical with proficiency in the use of Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Flexible, hardworking, and willing to get involved in projects and support the team as needed.
  • Demonstrated team values and a strong work ethic.
  • A Supply Chain or relevant business degree, or comparable industry experience, is beneficial.
  • Travel 0-10%
