Full Job Description

Are you a commercially savvy, sales driven professional with knowledge of the HVAC industry? Are you experienced in managing key accounts, identifying, forming, and developing relationships with key influencers at a senior level? Would you like the opportunity to work with the worlds' leading manufacturer and installer of air conditioning and heat pump systems? Then this may be the role for you…. What Will You Be Doing? As a Key Projects Engineer, you will be working with companies across the industry, influencing Senior decision makers within the Construction chain and working with and owning M&E Contractor accounts to offer non-DX solutions focussed on Daikin's Altherma WS range. This unique role includes both influencing companies such as Main Contractors, Quantity Surveyors, M&E Contractors, Architects and End Users. Whilst also having an account management aspect. You will:

  • Develop long-term trusting relationships with key influencers / decision makers to influence and position Daikin as the premier brand in the industry
  • Focus on selling non-DX Ambient Loop solutions to M&E Contractors
  • Building and capitalising on relationships by networking with existing and new Key User Groups - both inside and outside the HVAC industry; ensuring Daikins' presence in new forums, i.e., CPD seminars, industry events, local business development events and specialist sector events
  • Develop an awareness of projects in the project chain and communicate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Management; tracking that project to ensure all commercial opportunities are capitalised on.
  • The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a candidate who has a passion to succeed. You will need to commute into London, as well as nationally when needed. You will be a highly organised influencer, experienced in operating on all levels, who is able to prioritise individual tasks, ensuring that you can work under pressure yet always maintain accuracy.
