Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate retailer to join our lovely team, you will be experienced at interacting with our client and enjoy the beautiful lifestyle products we offer. An understanding of retail processes would be ideal and the confidence to open and close the store and support your colleagues too.,

  • Keyholder: You will be responsible for managing store access and security as a keyholder
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: You will perform essential opening and closing tasks to ensure the store is ready for business and securely closed after hours.
  • Cashing Up: You will handle end-of-day financial reconciliation, including counting cash, documenting sales, and preparing deposits.
  • Full Use of EPOS Systems: You will efficiently operate the EPOS system for processing transactions, managing inventory, and generating sales reports.

    Retail Knowledge: You will demonstrate strong retail knowledge.
  • Numerical Accuracy: You will ensure numerical accuracy in all transactions.
  • Nurturing Behaviours: You will exhibit nurturing behaviours towards customers and colleagues.
  • Positive Energy: You will maintain a positive energy in the workplace
