Are you an experienced and passionate colposcopist looking for an opportunity to lead and innovate in a highly respected NHS trust? Broomfield Hospital is seeking a dedicated Lead Nurse Colposcopist to join our dynamic team, ensuring exceptional care for patients undergoing colposcopy procedures and playing a pivotal role in the advancement of our cervical screening services.

As a Lead Nurse Colposcopist, you will oversee the clinical and operational management of the colposcopy service, ensuring it meets national standards while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and innovation. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will lead the delivery of evidence-based practice, support service developments, and mentor a highly skilled team to enhance patient outcomes and experiences., To practice as an independent Nurse Colposcopist

To provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients, their families and other healthcare professionals following diagnosis, and through treatment
