Lead Pharmacist Surgical Services

A change in directorate portfolios will provide the environment for a motivated individual to work collaboratively to improve patient care and medicines safety across all parts of the surgical patient journey,Main duties of the job To be responsible for the provision of a high quality clinical pharmacy service to surgical services (specifically general surgery, urology, obstetrics & gynaecology). To liaise with and provide medicines management reports for the Planned & Surgical Care directorates to ensure safe, effective, cost efficient prescribing
