Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Leisure Assistant at Bury St Edmunds Leisure Centre Leisure Assistant - Hourly rate between £8.71 and £11.44 2 roles available Average 33.25 Hours per week on a 4 week rolling rota Week 1: Monday 12:30-21:15, Tuesday 12:30-21:15, Wednesday 14:00-21:30, Thursday 12:30-21:15, Sunday 08:30-15:15 Week 2: Monday 14:00-21:30, Tuesday 17:00-21:30, Wednesday 12:30-21:15, Thursday 12:30-21:30, Friday 14:00-21:30 Week 3: Wednesday 05:30-13:30, Friday 05:45-13:30, Saturday 07:30-16:00, Sunday 07:45-15:30 Week 4: Monday 05:30-13:30, Tuesday 05:30-13:30, Wednesday 05:45-13:30, Friday 12:30-18:00 As a Leisure Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and customers. From lifeguarding our pools to maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting with equipment setup, you'll deliver exceptional customer service at every turn.,

  • Lifeguarding duties, including monitoring pool safety and responding to emergencies.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Assisting with equipment setup and breakdown for various activities.
  • Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for our guests.

    Responsible individual with a passion for working in leisure, health, and well-being.
  • Prior experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Strong commitment to safety and the well-being of others.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team., National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is required., Disability Confident
