As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the daily activities of your room, working closely with a team of caring professionals to create a joyful and inclusive space for children. The nursery is thoughtfully designed to support every stage of a child's development, focusing on exploration, fun, and building essential skills for life.,

  • Activity Planning: Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Care and Nurturing: Provide warm and nurturing care, fostering a sense of security and belonging for every child.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment.
  • Development Monitoring: Observe and support children's development, maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.
  • Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and positive communication.
  • Policy Compliance: Maintain compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
