    • Join Gardner Systems as a Level 3 Data Apprentice and kick-start your career in data analytics within a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with data management, analysis, and reporting tools, contributing directly to data-driven decision-making across various projects. This apprenticeship is designed to develop your technical skills in data collection, cleansing, and visualisation, while providing a solid foundation in analytical methodologies. In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Data qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: · Reporting and extracting data through Xero · Analysing reports, losses, productivity and financial gain through Xero · Reporting and utilising excel through techniques such as pivot tables, filters, averages etc · Support the business through inputting and analysing data · Communicating finding internally and externally Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

    · Strong excel skills · Great mathematical skills · Logical thinker · Analytical mindset · Grade 4/C in Math and Grade 4/C in English essential, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
