Full Job Description
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to secure long-term financial support.
Work closely with the LATAN Chair and committee
Coordinate regular committee and wider network meetings
Developing the network
Enhance learning opportunities through network meetings.
Continuously improve and promote resources on the LATAN website.
Encourage skill-sharing and mutual support among network members, encouraging collaboration between well-funded and smaller organisations.
Governance and Legal Entity Work
Coordinate with solicitors to establish a legal entity.
Oversee the election of an independent chair and ensure a clear governance structure.
Manage committee meetings, induct new members and maintain contact with existing members.
Evidence of impact
Demonstrate the network and its members positive impact on Liverpool residents by improving access to legal advice.
Disseminate lessons learned and impact evidence.
Provide evidence to influence local authorities, government bodies, public services, and community groups.
Long-term sustainability
Explore resource options, including expanding to the Liverpool City Region.
Develop systems and processes to ensure the project's longevity.
Implement succession plans to secure critical resources for the next three years
Evaluation and Referral System
Engage members in evaluation activities, focusing on key agreed work areas.
Work with the network partners to support residents to obtain appropriate advice at the earliest possible point, including through establishing directory and referral system(s)
Collaborate with partners to enhance inter-referral processes.
Other
Compile and submit final reports to funders.
Regularly report project progress to the Chief Officer, Trustee Board, funders, and steering groups.
Perform additional duties as requested by the Project or Citizens Advice Liverpool.
