Full Job Description

As a Logistics Administrator, you will be part of a dedicated team, contributing to the smooth and accurate running of the Supply Chain function. This role can encompass the various elements within supply and material handling, ultimately ensuring that we receipt material accurately, process transactions without error, maintain system integrity, and transact the movement of material off site. What You'll Do:

  • Utilising our SAP & LES systems to carry out goods receipting.
  • Liaising clearly with supporting departments, such as Purchasing & Material Planning, to raise any queries and ensure transaction completion.
  • Support the Inventory Management team with data for part investigations.
  • Raise failed bookings, utilising the departmental processes.
  • The processing of material off-site, using the appropriate and most cost-effective method.

    GCSE Maths and English.
  • Experienced with using the Microsoft Office packages.
  • Background in warehousing, logistics or transport.
  • A flexible, organised, and right first time approach, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of teams.
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing sector (desirable).
