Full Job Description

As our Logistics Coordinator, you will:

  • Analyse supply chain processes to identify and address issues/inefficiencies.
  • Design and coordinate supply chain solutions for cost efficiency.
  • Manage stock receipts and transfers, coordinating with internal departments, LSP's and 3PLs.
  • Monitor and report on inventory transactions, reconciling daily.
  • Track and trace inbound and outbound shipments, managing exceptions and prioritisations.
  • Analyse and Resolve supply chain issues promptly and support new product introductions.
  • Ensure accurate processing of logistics POs and EDI interfaces.
  • Manage inventory cycle counts and stock adjustments for 3PLs.
  • Generate and analyse supply chain reports, providing actionable insights.
  • This role will be based in Dyson's Bristol office and will require you to work onsite 5 days a week.

  • To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
  • Experience in local and international logistics and trade compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP/S4 and strong systems capabilities.
  • Experience with 3PLs, including warehouse and transport management.
  • Understanding of reverse logistics processes.
  • Knowledge of import and export procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of independent problem-solving and critical thinking.
