Long Term Teaching Assistant role in Llanelli

You'll be working closely with pupils in KS1 and KS2, supporting their learning and development in exciting ways. Depending on your experience, you will earn a competitive daily rate of between £80 and £90 a day. Your role will include:

• Creating engaging learning experiences that inspire and motivate students.
• Assisting with daily lesson plans and providing tailored support to individual pupils.
• Encouraging positive social interactions among your students and fostering a loving classroom environment.
• Collaborating with class teachers to assess and monitor student progress, ensuring their educational needs are met.
  
  To thrive in this role, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals with:
• Experience working with children aged 3-11, preferably in an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with students, teachers, and parents.
