Full Job Description

Are you experienced in maintenance, engineering or estates? Does customer service come naturally to you? We're looking for a great people manager to lead our maintenance team.

You'll be responsible for:

planned and reactive maintenance
managing a team of maintenance engineers / assistants and scheduling their work
creating and maintaining a comfortable, safe and accessible environment for staff, students and visitors
working under pressure to meet tight deadlines, often with conflicting priorities

positive, collaborative and great to work with
super-organised, with a reputation for getting things done
experienced in maintenance, engineering or estates
a great communicator
brilliant at customer service
experienced with budgeting and H&S
