Full Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Ships Equipment Test & Commissioning Tradal Support (T&C) teams to meet contract requirements, schedules, and specifications
  • Develop team capabilities, ensuring resources are skilled, optimised, and aligned with project needs
  • Oversee the integration, delivery, and compliance of solutions while managing technical risks, planning and reviewing T&C activities to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and reduce waste
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance and commissioning activities meet specifications and regulatory standards
  • Act as Deputy Review Group Chair and participate in review groups, ensuring adherence to processes and regulations, Here you will have the opportunity to oversee and lead a maintenance team of 15 people comprising both staff and manual workers, ensuring the effective execution of strategy, governance, and delivery for the maintenance of ship-fit equipment throughout the build lifecycle.

    MBA/MSc/Degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing maintenance plans
  • Previous Team Leader/management Experience
  • Desirable
  • Site Licence and authorisation compliance experience
