Full Job Description

As a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, this will give you the opportunity to:

  • Deliver Maintenance & Reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycle
  • Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems
  • Lead/participate in root cause analysis techniques
  • Effective stakeholder management, engaging and influencing others in order to drive improvements across the function
  • Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency and business improvement
  • Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to engineering domain
  • Using KPI's to ensure work remains on track and performance is measured

    A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background (the hiring manager is flexible on discipline)
  • The ability to solve a range of technical problems and make the necessary decisions to rectify
  • Ability to communicate and present reports with others on technical requirements and modifications
  • Knowledge & experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial in order to support analysis activities, Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
