Are you a seasoned commercial leader passionate about building iconic brands in a dynamic, multinational environment? Then join us at William Grant & Sons as a Senior Manager for Northern Europe, where you will be responsible for driving the growth of our prestigious portfolio across the region. Based in Richmond and reporting to the Regional Director of the Nordics and Northern Europe, you will be instrumental in developing market strategies, partnering with our distribution network, and ensuring the seamless execution of our world-class brand plans., As the Senior Manager for Northern Europe, you will play a critical role in crafting and implementing our 5-year plan and annual budgets, aligning closely with global commercial objectives. You will manage the profit and loss, establish robust distributor partnerships, and ensure effective brand performance through superior marketing and effective route to market planning across all channels of trade. Through collaboration with global and local marketing teams, you will deliver our brand vision to markets, while driving growth and brand equity. This role requires a keen focus on compliance, risk management, inventory management and market performance within a high-performing team.
We are seeking a strategic thinker with proven experience in commercial management and strong business analytical skills. Who brings an understanding of regional market trends, distributor networks, and preferably the nuances of Northern European business environments. A candidate with effective communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets.
