Manager of Product Owners / Scrum

The Manager - Scrum Product Owners will lead a team of 11 Scrum Product Owners in the UK. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and vision to support Agile/Scrum processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Project leaders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of business objectives. • Manage performance, hiring, coaching, and resource planning for the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in Agile/Scrum Product Owner approaches and processes
• Recommend and adopt tools and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and collaboration.
• Seek diverse ideas and perspectives to create better solutions, products, and services.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable law
• Provide training, resources, and frequent feedback to staff.
• Encourage innovation and accountability within the team.
  
  Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and methods.
• Experience in improving product development methods.
• Strong leadership and management skills in developing, coaching, and empowering a team
• Ability to set, communicate, and achieve business objectives and goals.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Experience in partnering with technology resources to solve complex business needs
• Strong organizational, project planning, time management, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience, including senior management.
