Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Director to lead C.P. Hart, a specialist business within the Wolseley Group. In this role, you will oversee 15 sites, lead a team of 200 colleagues, and drive a £50 million turnover business. Your strategic leadership and operational excellence will be essential in steering the company towards profitable growth. You will develop and execute innovative growth strategies, enhance market share, and optimise profit and loss management. In collaboration with Wolseley Group, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our showroom network nationwide, strengthening the performance of our Contracts Division, and aligning our web sales with the showroom experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a respected brand in the premium bathroom sector.

  • Proven success as a Managing Director or senior leader with P&L responsibility in the construction, high-end retail, and related industries.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to develop and implement effective strategies in a commercial setting, with a strong focus on profitable growth in a premium business.
  • Successful experience managing a multi-channel business, including digital platforms, ideally within a larger group structure.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing high-performing cross-functional teams and fostering a customer-centric culture.
