Full Job Description

The Marketing Communication Executive is responsible and accountable for managing Evac+Chair International (ECI) socialmedia channels and email marketing calendar in an integrated approach. Working with the wider marketing team andexternal agencies to develop creative campaigns to increase brand and product awareness and ultimately drive leadgeneration. The Marketing Communication Executive is also responsible for generating ECI's written content across offlineand digital marketing channels. This includes PR, sales collateral, and newsletters., The Marketing Communication Executive will develop strong relationships with their Employer of choice colleagues and be an advocate for ECI, as well as being responsible for creating and sharing content that reinforces that ECI is an employer of choice. The Marketing Communication Executive will help deliver the business growth goal Business Growth through creating thought-provoking content and a communication plan that drives brand awareness and engagement, which have been formed from the analyses of digital content performance and market trends. The Marketing Communication Executive will deliver effective operations by having a Effective Operations focus on continuous improvement and ensuring the on-time delivery and high standard of execution of content creation. They will be able to think creatively to provide new ideas to improve marketing operations. The Marketing Communication Executive will help drive international expansion by International Expansion regular and consistent communication with ECI's international partners. They will provide support, including marketing assets to drive brand consistency across the globe.Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Grow our social media channels through the development of high-impact content that is on brand, reinforces our
  • values, and drives engagement.
  • Analyse digital content performance and develop meaningful insights to drive future content creation.
  • Plan the e: marketing calendar targeting existing and prospective customers to generate leads.
  • Support in the development of a communication plan that centres around indirect customers (Reseller, Distributor
  • and Partner.
  • Develop online and offline marketing collateral, such as blogs, articles, brochures, and sales collateral.
  • Gather the content, write, and design the quarterly company internal/customer comms and produce/share
  • comms when required.
  • Collaborate with marketing agency to implement SEO copy improvements on ECI's websites.
  • Support the launch of new products, including the creation of videos and reels to promote new product
  • introductions.
  • Responsible for submitting award entries in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Think creatively to provide new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Support with the organisation and delivery of events when required.
  • Working RelationshipsClarifies collaboration expectations with people internal and external to the business.Internal: Marketing Team, Head of Training & Maintenance, Marketing & Customer Experience Director, CustomerExperience Team, Sales Team, Product Development Team.External: Marketing Agency, PR Agency, Partners/Customers.Measurement and DeliverablesSets clear performance expectations and enables objective performance evaluation.
  • Delivery of high-class content creation across all ECI platforms and channels.
  • Support in the development and implementation of a 6-month communication plan tailored at indirect customers
  • in their first 2 months.
  • Launch an Evac+Chair an Instagram and Ticktock account, with a 6-month content plan, by February 2025
  • On-time completion of content creation and ensuring the publication of content is done as per the schedule.
  • Ensure the engagement and follower metrics for social media are achieved.
  • Achieve the Eshot weekly/monthly lead generation target.
  • Support in transforming the manual customer Eshot journey into an automative one.

    The Marketing Communication Executive will have the passion and enthusiasm for content creation and writing, coupledwith the ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently using their own initiative. The MarketingCommunication Executive will have exceptional oral and written communication skills to interpret marketing strategies anddeliver a communication plan.
