Full Job Description

We have a fantastic internal opportunity to join the Instore Communications team as a Marketing Manager. The post holder will hold responsibility for in store marketing and point of sale and will be always focussed on ensuring an excellent in store experience for our customers and promoting key activity across seasonal and category events. This also covers planning activity through to execution and managing the inter-dependencies of delivering activity across operations (Retail team, Trade Planning, Printers, Logistics). The role includes team and budget management, as well as maintaining key relationships with leadership stakeholders. The working pattern is 4.5 days per week of 7.5 hours per day, based in our Bradford Head Office. We have a fantastic head office base in Bradford, easily accessible from Leeds and surrounding areas. Boasting a large on site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience store, prayer room, free parking and regular company wide events and promotions. Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive) ; All point of sale is engaging for the customer and enhances their retail experience Ensure all promotional and seasonal point of sale is produced, delivered and executed in line with our critical path and in support of our strategic and trading obejectives. Ensure all point of sale is legally compliant and that all messages are clear for the customer to understand and consistent with Morrisons core branding Support and develop a team of flexible resource, ensuring you build a good working environment and continued professional development Monitor team performance and delivery Work closely with the retail team, design and trade planning team to ensure activity is delivered on time and to brief and to budget Work with the other Marketing Managers to ensure a consistent work load across the team and consistency on all point of sale across supplier funded, price, promotion, local, events, wholesale etc Working closely with finance to proactively forecast spend and balance budgets Deliver efficiency improvements of printed material through testing different substrates and driving innovation

For this role, we're looking for someone who has: Minimum of three or four years in a marketing role, retail experience desired Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to provide advice and guidance on creating and implementing point of sale that enhances the customer experience Confident and outgoing and able to communicate with senior stakeholders. Works well in a team and has experience in managing projects and teams.
