Independently manage the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder's merchant, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Promote the branch to increase trade sales growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.

Experience in construction products / equipment and have previously held a similar managerial / supervisor position in builder's merchant or a related business.
Strong commercial acumen with awareness of the current market.
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets, prioritise tasks and consistently meeting deadlines with a strong focus on finding solutions.
Commitment to continuous learning and expanding product expertise.
