Full Job Description

Hesley Group are recruiting for a Night Deputy Care Manager to work for our adult's services at Meadow View You will be responsible for managing, monitoring and improving service delivery to ensure that the people who live at Hesley Village receive a complete person centred care service. As a Night Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with and support the Care Manager in all aspects of care provision. You will deputise in the Care Manager's absence to ensure consistent leadership and management is provided. You will be proactive in ensuring that quality care and support is provided to the people we support through the direct line management of Team Leaders and through their team of support staff. You will be an excellent role model and have a clear focus on developing effective relationships with the adults we support, their families, staff and other key stakeholders. #he-1

You will hold a level 3 in Health and Social Care and a ILM Level 3 management qualification (or achieve in post within 12 months). You will also have significant experience of supervisory management in a care setting and working with adults with learning disabilities. In addition you will have the ILM Level 3 Management Award (or to be achieved within one year of appointment)
