Full Job Description

Mencap are seeking a Waking Night Support Workers to join our incredible team in Thorpe Willoughby, North Yorkshire.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you'll play a vital role in their life.
We support three gentlemen in their home, providing 24 hour support, from personal care, to ensuring they have good quality of life.
What we're looking for:
· A genuine passion for supporting others.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
This role would prefer you to be a driver. but it is not essential
Contract options:
· 18 hours waking nights to cover Friday and Saturday nights each week
Shift times:
10pm-7am Friday Night and Saturday Night
