Assist in managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Support senior solicitors in advising clients on commercial property matters, such as development, property finance, and lease agreements.
Draft and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and leases.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring clear communication and high-quality legal advice.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the efficient handling of cases and the successful resolution of legal matters.

Qualified Solicitor, newly qualified (NQ) or up to 1 year of PQE in commercial property law.
Some experience in commercial property transactions or exposure to real estate law during training.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and develop your expertise in commercial property law.
