Full Job Description

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support their development in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development, ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting regular risk assessments to ensure the well-being of the children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, keeping detailed records and reporting to parents and senior staff to support individual learning plans.
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress, and work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure consistent care and communication., This role would be suitable for qualified Nursery Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators.

You'll create a nurturing environment and implement engaging activities that support children's growth and well-being.,
