Nursery Nurse

Support the Nurse in Charge in the day to day running of the ward, offering practical and emotional support to patients experiencing acute mental illness and distress.
Support in the monitoring of babies welfare and development
Run therapeutic and educational parent/infant groups on the ward
Develop individualised care plans for the babies on the unit, Work as part of the wider MDT in developing and delivering individualised care to the women on the ward and their babies
Support other team members in delivery of training to staff on baby development and care
Please note - staff who are formally at risk within the organisation will be given priority in securing alternative employment.
