Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join our eCommerce Customer Service team in Leeds on a six month fixed term contract. From selling cars to rare collectables, no two days are the same for our world-class online team. But one thing remains constant: a dedication to funding lifesaving research. We take an innovative and entrepreneurial approach by tapping into the latest trends to get the most out of our unique stock. You will be a key part of the customer journey and will need to ensure you maintain the highest levels of customer service. What does this role involve:

  • Processing and resolving of high volume enquiries using our online messaging system
  • Dealing with both internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate records of all enquiries to enable future reference
  • Invoice processing
  • Managing unpaid and cancelled transactions

    Excellent customer services skills
  • Ability to resolve queries from start to finish
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capable of working to deadlines
  • An organised and structured approach to work
  • Ability to distinguish between types of complaints
  • Confident to ask questions to ensure accuracy
