Online Markets Lead - UK Agency, Lease Advisory & Rating

The candidate will be required to:

• Lead in growing web traffic (multiples), lead capture and enabling maximum conversion with the relevant Markets teams
• Coordinate a matrixed team of specialist skills to deliver required results, e.g. Digital Marketing
• Optimise the client journey and coordinate with traditional business lines to ensure consistent user experience
• Develop or transform new or existing online markets
• In partnership with CDO EMEA, develop and deliver JLL's online Strategy for the in-scope business units and technology platforms
• Establish an improved lead capture, tracking and conversion process with the new internal contact centre
• Establish appropriate governance and performance metrics
• Collaborate with OLM product manager and 3rd party vendor to optimise the website
• Achieve desired revenue target for online generated leads (2021 currently being agreed)
• Work with wider EMEA teams to share best practice
  
  Proven track record of leading, developing and effectively managing a team
• Experience of delivering financial targets
• Proven ability to understand and interpret the local market environment and formulate tactical and strategic plans
• Previous experience of working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver service excellence and meet all business objectives
