Full Job Description
We have a position for an Operations Manager for Exeter to establish industry best practice at the Depot level, aligning approach and methodology to the overall Certas Energy Strategy, customs and practices. Ensuring the best quality service is delivered to the customer, optimising cost effectiveness, delivering P&L target, whilst establishing and maintaining a safe and engaging culture for all drivers and staff.,
- People : Effectively lead an engaged driver workforce with a result driven, Safety First / Vision Zero culture
- Customer : Ensure optimal service delivery as defined by KPI's
- Efficiency : Implement defined solutions, initiatives and identify opportunities to drive both people and process improvement, sharing best practice.
- Financial : Ensure effective cost control to ensure optimum return on expenditure by achieving P&L target
- Strategy : Align to and deliver change initiatives launched to ensure the strategic goals of Certas Energy
Collaborative : Can effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders, peers and colleagues - Driven to Deliver : Sets a personal example of consistency and determination, taking full accountability for the delivery of the established KPI's.
- Personally Credible : Demonstrates professional and personal credibility, is authentic in their approach
