Operations Specialist

Orchestrade system. Testing and assisting with various projects to upgrade the system and Tradeflow. Work closely with Orchestrade, Fund Administrator and other stakeholders to improve daily processes and seek to achieve efficiencies. Periodically review static data to ensure accuracy. Provide data input services for other types of static and reference data within several operational systems. Intraday checking of system integrity via health checks, files, and tasks. Work to improve trade data transfer with third party vendors. Act as a liaison between prime brokers and internal firm groups to ensure that all trade discrepancies are kept to a minimum and any breaks are resolved in a timely manner. Expand upon knowledge of products and technology for personal development and growth within the Operations team. Requirements Graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related field, with a keen interest in the hedge fund industry.

Understanding of a variety of Macro products is a plus. A keen eye for detail, a curious mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Operates with the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
