Welcome to Generation Europe You'll be part of UK West Hub where you, together with your colleagues, will develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals. Lead large-scale transformation and technical projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve safety. Oversee the identification and implementation of process improvement, opportunities across all business functions. Maintain a competence framework and facilitate early-career strategies and best-practice training, including apprentice management, addressing competency gaps and improving performance. As a team, we are going through a transformation as part of Generation 3.0. We will be creating a culture where transformation is at the heart of our future. You'll play an important role in:

• continuously leading, mentoring, and developing a team of specialists that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common transformational goals
• leading large-scale transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safe, compliant power generation
• leading a team of individuals that will deliver UKW projects, utilising the Association of Project Management or similar framework, assessing the projects by programme; cost; and risk
• leading a team who champions and implements continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive a culture of operational excellence including the maintenance, development, and deployment of the Operations Production System
• strengthening organizational capabilities and leadership alignment, e.g., coaching of Offshore senior mgmt. team (in performance mgmt., problem solving, etc.) and setting up according to formats and methods; preparation and facilitation of leadership meetings.
