Full Job Description

Are you an EMEA Oracle Alliances Manager with experience of building strategic relationships across EMEA? In this role, you will responsible for establishing and leading an EMEA Oracle strategy, driving revenue, cross-functional alignment, execution and GTM activities. Working with internal teams and the partners, you'll be tasked with building credibility, effectively communicating and evangelizing the Hitachi Digital Services story, crafting the partnership vision and strategy, and cultivating key executive relationships that result in jointly differentiated solutions. Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management:
  • Responsible for supporting the overall EMEA sales strategies, proposing GTM plans, and generating results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oracle
  • Align HDS goals and objectives with Oracle's strategic vision
  • Collaborate on joint business plans, marketing efforts, and solution development
  • Effectively partner across the entire value chain to enable strategic solutions
  • Work directly with customers, GSIs and channel partners to capture and drive sales opportunities and work effectively across functions within Hitachi digital Services
  • Leverage the broad understanding of Hitachi Digital Services products and be the subject matter expert on joint solutions with strategic partners to articulate Hitachi Digital Services differentiation
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Oracle's cloud and technology offerings
  • Identify and execute market opportunities for HDS and develop campaigns
  • Ensure alignment with industry trends and client needs
  • Alliance Initiatives:
  • Lead the development and management of alliance initiatives
  • Drive joint solution messaging and awareness programs
  • Coordinate with Oracle field sales and marketing teams to execute plans effectively
  • Internal and External Reviews:
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with Oracle across SaaS and IaaS/PaaS
  • Brief Hitachi Digital Services stakeholders
  • Provide updates on alliance progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Collaborate on adjustments to the alliance plan as needed
  • Work hand in hand with HDS Sales and Delivery
  • Track internal sales and technical certifications; promote training initiatives, as it pertains to our partnership status
