JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is seeking an experienced Order Management Coordinator based in London. In this role, you will ensure operational excellence by managing order flow from market to hub and store delivery. You will align the order book to optimise product distribution across regions, focusing on capsules, monthly drops, pop-ups, and divisional orders; supporting VIP, Influencer, and Press teams with order tracking and timely shipments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to optimise stock flow and ensure commercial priorities.
-Manage market order books, including capsules, shortages, re-timings, and stock rebalancing for global markets.
-Oversee VIP, Press, and Influencer order placement, tracking, and hub-to-office shipments.
-Drive process improvements to streamline operations and enhance team collaboration.
-Collaborate with sourcing, supply planning, and replenishment teams to prioritise deliveries and support procurement cycles.
